[From September 26th] Charcoal Grill Unafuji・Unau Okafuji , Autumn Course

Starting Friday, September 26, 2025, eight "Sumiyaki Unafuji " and " Unau Okafuji " restaurants will be serving an autumn course. This course includes appetizers featuring seasonal ingredients and our prized eel, paired with the flavors of autumn.

[First course] Beef Yawata-maki with jade ginkgo nuts, pumpkin tofu, squid dressed in maple leaves, chestnut and sweet potato dressing with white dressing, eel pillow with red and white platter, assorted three kinds of sashimi
[Second course] Grilled eel, sweet snapper chawanmushi with autumn mushroom sauce, Nanbanzuke autumn eggplant and saury
[Third course] Small Unagi Donburi or small Hitsumabushi
[Dessert] Chestnut ice cream with skin
