[Stamp Rally Participation Terms and Conditions] 

Customers participating in the "30th Anniversary Unafuji Stamp Rally" (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign") conducted by " Sumiyaki Unafuji " and " Unau Okafuji " (hereinafter referred to as "each store"), please read the following carefully and agree to the terms before participating

1. Stamp Rally Distribution 

・Stamp cards will be distributed at the register at each store to customers who purchase designated products.
・One card will be distributed per person. (Transfer and resale are not permitted)
・Distribution will end once the planned number of cards is reached. Thank you for your understanding.
・Reissues will not be possible. Please write your name on the card and keep it for future reference.

2.Each applicable period

・Estimated distribution date: Late December 2025 (ends when the planned number of stamps is reached)
・Stamp rally period: Stamps must be stamped from July 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026
・Inquiries regarding this campaign will close on June 30, 2026.

3.Stamp eligible products

When dining in the restaurant, choose one or more of the following: Unagi Donburi (including small Unagi Donburi ), Hitsumabushi , Unaju, Set meal, Gozen, Seasonal course, Single item Shirayaki, Single item Nagayaki

4. Stamping rules

・One stamp will be stamped per card.
・The stamp will be stamped at the time of payment at the restaurant where you dine. Please be sure to present the card.
・Even if one person brings multiple application forms, only one can be stamped.
・If multiple people visit the restaurant, each person will be given a card according to the meal they ordered.

5. Goals and prizes

・The goal is to collect stamps at 10 " Sumiyaki Unafuji " and " Unau Okafuji " stores (Aichi, Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto prefectures) and one new store that will open during the campaign period.
・At the store where you last stamped your stamp card, you will be asked to enter your stamp card (with your name and contact information) and provide a new address to which you would like the prize delivered.
・The order of entry will depend on the date and time of your entry at the store.
・The first 30 people to enter will receive a special commemorative "Golden Bowl" to the address you specify at the store.
・For subsequent entries, three meal vouchers (enough for three visits) that can be used at each store will be sent to the address you specify at the store.

6.Prohibitions

Please note that any of the following actions are prohibited.
・Impersonation (using the name of a third party, or claiming to be affiliated with our company or another company or organization)
・Acts that interfere with the operation of this campaign
・Acts that force staff to commit fraud
・Slander, threats, or harassment of other applicants or store personnel
・Acts that damage the credibility or reputation of our company or its services or products
・Other actions that are deemed inappropriate in light of the purpose of this campaign
・Reselling stamp rally cards or prizes, or other actions that are considered fraudulent
・Acts such as a third party pretending to be our company and making inappropriate contact

7. Contacting the winners and sending prizes

・The 30th Anniversary Secretariat ( unafuji2025_30th@kaburaya-group.co.jp / Kaburaya Group Co., Ltd. 052-332-1388 ) will contact you via the email address and phone number listed on the card
before shipping. ・Once the card is collected, we will not be able to assist you at the store due to privacy concerns. Please wait for a response from the secretariat.
・If we are unable to contact you at the contact information provided or if the address is unknown, your rights will be considered waived.
・If your prize is waived, it will not be stored during the period or carried over to the next person. We appreciate your understanding.
・Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within Japan.
・Prizes and winning rights cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
・Please note that we cannot respond to questions about the process, application status, or other inquiries from anyone other than the applicant themselves.

8. Handling of Personal Information

・Personal information collected upon winning will not be used for any purpose other than shipping the prize and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

・Participation in this campaign is at the participant's own discretion and responsibility, and we will not be held responsible for any damages suffered by participants, except for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
・Please note that if a participant violates these application terms and conditions and causes damages to our company, we may claim compensation for such damages from the participant.
・Please note that the campaign content may be changed or canceled without notice.
