Located on the 53rd floor, approximately 230 meters above ground, Sumiyaki Unafuji Tokyo Opera City offers an extraordinary "good-luck experience" with jumbo blue eels grilled over 1000°C charcoal and a spectacular view from the high-rise building.
The Tokyo Opera City store will be the only store in the Kanto region to offer premium kaiseki course meals and Japanese wine.

Bottled wine of Japanese varieties to be released
In addition, with many foreign customers visiting the restaurant, we will be introducing a new drink menu incorporating Japanese wine varieties to enable them to enjoy Japanese food culture on a deeper level. Six of the 15 bottled wines will be Japanese varieties, and several red and white wines will also be available by the glass. This casual style allows you to compare wines and suggests pairings with Japanese kabayaki.
In the future, we plan to offer wine pairing sets to accompany our course meals, providing an even more luxurious dining experience. We also plan to gradually introduce recommended sake that matches the flavors of each season. There are also seats with views of Mount Fuji, allowing you to enjoy a "good morning experience" that is unique to Japan.
