February: Participated in the Umiuma Fair "Tohoku Reconstruction Meal" (12 stores)

What is the Umiuma Fair?

This is a limited-time event where restaurants all over the country hold original fairs with original menus using processed seafood products from Sanriku and Joban. We are carrying out PR and sales promotion activities for processed seafood products from Sanriku and Joban in each region

Sumiyaki Unafuji and Unau Okafuji are "Tohoku Reconstruction Meals" (12 stores)

At Sumiyaki Unafuji and Unau Okafuji , the appetizers and chawanmushi on the "Zen" menu will be replaced with dishes made with ingredients from Sanriku. All stores in Tokai, Kanto, and Kansai will participate, except for the Unafuji Main Store and Fukuoka Daimyo Bettei

■Seasonal appetizer, shark fin chawanmushi

The "Seasonal Appetizers" and "Chawanmushi" dishes on the set menu will be changed as part of the "Umi Uma Fair" during February. There will be no change in product price due to the change in contents, so we hope you will enjoy the "Tohoku Reconstruction Gozen" during this period
