How to eat delicious "Hitsujimabushi
~A variety of flavors
1. Put a shabu-shabu in a crosswise pattern in a bowl of rice and divide it into four equal portions.
2. Serve a quarter of the rice in a bowl, and enjoy the first serving as it is.
Take your time to enjoy the crispy, exquisitely grilled, plump and juicy eel.
For the third and second servings, add condiments and taste different flavors.
Please try to find your favorite combination.
The fourth and third servings are served with dashi broth to make the standard "una chazuke" (eel stew). The dashi broth is also excellent.
5. Finally, please enjoy it in the way you like best.
