About UnaFuji
The founder Mizuno, who used to work for a feed manufacturer, was struck by the delicious taste of shiroyaki (white-baked fish) when he first tasted it while working for the manufacturer, and his desire to have many people enjoy this delicious taste was the starting point of Unafuji.
