About Eel Fuji
While there are many long-established eel restaurants that have been in business for more than 100 years, "Unafuji Nagoya Honten" has been listed in the Michelin Guide and selected as one of the 100 best restaurants in the food log in only 25 years. We have decided to open a new restaurant in Tokyo by training our craftsmen and creating a "jiyaki" environment to reproduce the exact same taste and presentation as the main restaurant.

Experienced chefs reproduce the taste of the main restaurant in Nagoya. At Unafuji, we use rare blue eels with thick and fatty flesh, which are grilled over charcoal at a temperature of over 1000 degrees Celsius to lock in the flavor and bring out the true taste of the blue eel. The Yaesu branch also offers a course menu, which is recommended for business entertainment and dinners.

We have a wide selection of sake and shochu that go well with unagi. We also have a selection of local sake from Aichi Prefecture, where Unafuji was born. Please feel free to ask our staff for recommendations according to your tastes. We also have many a la carte dishes that go perfectly with sake, such as "grilled eel liver" and "bone crackers.
Store interior and space
The interior of the restaurant is an atmospheric Japanese modern space. It has a relaxed atmosphere with the warmth of wood. We have counter seats that can be easily used by a single person and many table seats that can easily be used by 3-4 people. We also have a private room that can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for business occasions such as entertaining guests. The restaurant is only a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Station.
